Use the following chart for shipping and handling charges within the contiguous 48 states (for each additional shipping address). These calculations apply to each shipping address. Complete the back of the packing slip and enclose it with item(s) being returned. Please return item(s) in their original condition within 90 days.
Refunds are for the full merchandise value only. We will refund shipping and handling charges if the error was ours. Be sure to insure return package.
